I called Gorman on Sunday evening of Memorial Day weekend and left a message expecting a return call on Tuesday after the holiday. Instead, I received a call at 8:00 a.m. on Memorial Day asking if they could send a technician out between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the same day! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I'll be using Gorman Mechanical from now on!

This is an amazing company to partner with. Despite a few unintended setbacks, they are 100 percent honest when it's a chargeable repair or part of the warranty. Gorman came out for a 2nd opinion for HVAC, and I am very glad I found them. I feel they were very upfront and honest. They did a thorough inspection and advised me that it was what they would do if it were their system. Suggested options more than oops, you need a brand new system. They were also very prompt on the time, actually arriving a few minutes early.
